Job Summary: Machine operator for fence screen manufacturing, responsible for adjustments, material feeding, monitoring, quality inspection, and production recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Operate screen manufacturing machines 2. Perform equipment adjustments and calibrations 3. Monitor performance and ensure quality * Operate fence screen manufacturing machines. * Perform necessary adjustments, calibrations, and configurations to ensure proper equipment operation. * Feed raw materials (wires) into machines and oversee the entire production process. * Monitor equipment performance, identifying and correcting simple operational failures. * Conduct quality inspections during production to ensure products meet established standards. * Perform measurements and verification of specifications for manufactured screens. * Record production information and departmental reports. * Request maintenance when technical intervention is required due to identified failures. * Maintain workplace and equipment organization and cleanliness. * Strictly comply with company safety, quality, and internal procedure standards.
