As an **HR Assistant**, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success, playing a fundamental role where your skills and dedication will make a difference in achieving exceptional results. **Responsibilities** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, behavioral interviews, and supporting managers in technical interviews * Carry out institutional onboarding of new employees, ensuring collection and verification of required documentation * Execute hiring and system registration processes, including benefits administration * Perform monthly electronic timekeeping closing and forward data to Payroll * Monitor, organize, and track time records and departmental documents * Prepare employee reports and metrics upon request * Support administrative activities of the unit and departmental routines **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in recruitment and selection and Personnel Department routines * Knowledge of hiring processes, benefits administration, and electronic time tracking * Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office suite * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability * Proactive, collaborative profile with a strong sense of responsibility Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Life Insurance * Commuter Benefit
