Job Summary: The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and security of the club's facilities, coordinating teams, and addressing visitors' needs. Ensuring security and attending to visitors The club is hiring a Janitor in Pará de Minas. **What will you do in this role?:** Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club's facilities, including common areas, locker rooms, swimming pools, sports courts, party halls, and others. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on club equipment and facilities, such as lighting systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and others. Ensure visitor safety by monitoring access of people and vehicles and taking measures to prevent accidents. Coordinate and supervise cleaning and maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and according to established standards. Enforce club rules and regulations, guiding visitors on coexistence rules and acting in case of violations. Address members' and visitors' requests, providing information, guidance, and assistance whenever necessary.
