MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead field operations of silviculture teams. * Control and ensure the production volume and quality of silvicultural operational activities according to Technical Recommendations. * Monitor and manage resources used in field silvicultural activities. * Promote and safeguard the safety and health of team members under their leadership. * Act as leader of fire prevention and firefighting teams when necessary. * Apply technical concepts in activities, as well as take actions required for the maintenance and improvement of the QMS. * Ensure protection of company assets and physical integrity of employees. * Support and detect changes in the forest (planted, native, and harvested wood) to protect against incidents, anomalies, and asset damages.
