Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for**: * Creating value for the ecosystem through the development and implementation of new features, and continuously improving existing ones. * Collaborating with UX and Product teams to design various solution proposals for new features, focusing on scalability, quality, and performance. * Encouraging ongoing code review and optimization, identifying improvement opportunities and promoting best development practices. * Coordinating joint tasks with peer teams for features with cross-dependencies, offering flexibility to align solutions with teams from other countries. * Contributing to technical documentation and conducting training sessions for the broader team to foster knowledge and skill expansion. * Technically mentoring and supporting team members across different experience levels in their professional growth. **What we’re looking for:** * Solid expertise in languages such as Java/Kotlin, and concepts including SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and GIT. * In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems principles. * Application of development best practices, Clean Code principles, modularization, and componentization. * Writing unit, stress/load, functional, and integration tests to ensure software quality. * Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as DataDog, NewRelic, or Grafana. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?
