Join us to **INSPIRE**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Reconciliation and Accounting Entries: Data entry, support in verifying accounting entries, and performing account and bank statement reconciliations; * Financial Reporting: Assistance in completing reports, supporting updates of departmental KPIs, and aiding in accountability and budgeting processes; * Digital File Management: Document digitization and folder organization (network/cloud), ensuring standardization and easy file retrieval; * Credit and Financing: Operational support within the department, including supervised outreach to companies and data entry into systems for credit and financing analysis; * General Operational Support: Performing other related tasks and administrative support as required by the accounting and finance departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic background:** Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences, with expected graduation from March 2027\. **Additional Information** Recognized by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) seal as one of the best companies to work for in Espírito Santo, we also offer: **JOB DETAILS:** Working hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Market-competitive stipend: R$ 1\.320,00 Transportation Benefit or Transport Allowance: R$ 200,00 Meal/food voucher (iFood): R$ 300,00 WellHub: platform offering discounts at gyms and fitness centers Starbem: health app providing medical, psychological, and other wellness services **To support your career development:** A feedback-driven culture; Participation in training programs tailored to your area of expertise; Access to the **unindústria** platform—designed to enhance your technical and behavioral development.
