Occupational Safety Technician

Opportunity to work as an Occupational Safety Technician in the region of Conselheiro Lafaiete/MG **Responsibilities and duties** Main activities: * Monitoring field safety routines; * Safety inspections, risk analyses, and pre-use inspections; * Accident and incident investigations, and follow-up on action plans; * Training program management, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and awareness initiatives; * Control and monitoring of occupational health and safety (OHS) legal documents, such as the Risk Management Program (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), Individual Professional Profile (PPP), and Occupational Health Certificate (ASO); * Interface with occupational medicine clinics and management of occupational medical examinations; * Control and updating of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), validity of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) certification, and mandatory documentation; * PPE management via system, including distribution, return, inventory, PPE cards, and PPE matrix; * Development and review of Emergency Action Plans (PAE); * Development and review of Risk Maps; * Control and monitoring of fire-fighting equipment, including inspections and validity periods; * Preparation of Service Orders and support to leadership in safe practices. **Requirements and qualifications** Required experience: * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Knowledge of fire-fighting and first aid; * Proficiency in controls, document organization, and management systems; * Communicative and creative profile for dynamic delivery of Daily Safety Talks (DDS); * Organizational culture and natural application of 5S methodology in daily routine; * Experience in industrial environments; * Practical field experience; * Participation in audits, labor inspections by the Ministry of Labor, and expert assessments; * Experience in integrated OHS management and monitoring of legal and operational processes.
