If you have experience in management, communication, and public engagement, this opportunity may be right for you. **Compensation and Benefits** Salary: R$ 2\.002,00 Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance \+ Food Allowance \+ Bonus **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor performance indicators: enrollment, renewal, dropout reduction, and student engagement; * Provide operational and administrative support for the hub; * Manage the hub’s social media accounts; * Oversee internship-related processes; * Encourage student participation in mock exams and ENADE activities; * Support graduating students through the graduation ceremony process; * Participate in live sessions, training programs, and institutional alignment meetings. **Main Challenges of the Role** * Ensure excellence in candidate and student service (NPS-focused); * Achieve enrollment, renewal, and engagement targets; * Reduce dropout rates; * Maintain organizational efficiency and administrative effectiveness at the hub. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in management, marketing, or sales areas; * Educational sector experience preferred; * Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite preferred; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile.
