Manage inventory, procurement, and resolution of operational issues Responsible for the operational and administrative management of the unit, ensuring compliance with franchisor standards, customer satisfaction, and positive financial performance. Main Responsibilities: * Lead the team, ensuring productivity, quality, and a healthy organizational climate. * Monitor and control performance indicators (COGS, OPEX, sales, delivery time, customer satisfaction). * Ensure compliance with technical specifications and operational standards. • Control inventory, procurement, and goods receipt. * Prepare work schedules, conduct training, and perform team performance evaluations. * Address operational issues and handle customer complaints. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
