Collaboration with various departments for analysis and implementation of solutions. **Job Description** Analyze daily occurrences in the production process, ensuring that all process and product non-conformities are properly evaluated and addressed in collaboration with responsible departments, maintaining an up-to-date record of technical resolutions, and promoting continuous improvement actions and process alignment. Collect and analyze information, in partnership with relevant departments, to identify alternatives for accurate and precise execution of procedures, aiming for operational excellence and maintenance of quality standards. #### **Requirements** * #### **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** Knowledge of slaughter, poultry processing, and current sanitary regulations. Food safety, continuous improvement, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), animal welfare, process flow, and production yield. Self-control programs, quality management tools and methodologies, audit and certification processes.
