Administrative Assistant **Job Description:** The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's administrative routines, ensuring organization, prompt service delivery, and daily operational support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Register and organize customer orders; * Provide telephone support, offering assistance and routing demands; * Verify and record PIX payment receipts, ensuring correct transmission of information; * Assist in preparing and managing employee time cards; * Summarize and verify paid receipts/invoices for submission to the department responsible for issuing fiscal invoices; * Provide customer support via WhatsApp, delivering information and assistance; * Issue and organize delivery orders/invoices, directing them to motorcycle couriers as required. **Desired Qualifications:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Efficiency and proactivity; * Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, and simple systems); * Ability to interact effectively with the public.
