




Job Summary: We are seeking an International Designer / Draftsperson to develop residential and commercial building projects for the U.S. market, based in Belo Horizonte. Key Highlights: 1. Candidates who do not meet both requirements will not proceed in the selection process. **About the Role** We seek an **International Designer / Draftsperson** to develop **residential and commercial building projects targeting the U.S. market**. The professional will join the technical team at the company’s office in Belo Horizonte, collaborating closely with U.S.-based teams. **Responsibilities** * Develop architectural and construction documents for **houses and buildings**, compliant with U.S. construction standards * Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and technical layouts * Develop, review, and coordinate **wood framing and truss structural designs**, where applicable * Use technical software for modeling, detailing, and reviewing designs * Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and U.S. construction teams * Ensure compliance with U.S. codes, standards, and industry best practices * Support adjustments and revisions based on technical feedback from the U.S. team **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in **Architecture, Design, Engineering, or related fields** * Proven experience with **software used in the U.S. market**, including: * AutoCAD * Revit (BIM) * SketchUp * MiTek (Structure, Truss Design, Pamir, or related software) * Experience or familiarity with **projects targeting the U.S. market** * **Fluent English** (reading, writing, and speaking for technical meetings and daily communication) * **Valid U.S. visa or ease of obtaining one**, with availability for short-term travel to the U.S. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with U.S.-focused contractors or design firms * Strong knowledge of **wood framing, roof trusses, and floor systems** * Familiarity with U.S. codes and standards (IRC, IBC, zoning, etc.) * Experience with tools such as **Bluebeam, BIM 360**, and others **What We Offer** * Involvement in high-standard international projects * Direct engagement with the U.S. construction market * A technically rigorous, professional, and collaborative work environment * Genuine opportunity for international growth and development Employment Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
