Job Summary: Manage a food service unit, supervise food production and staff, ensure quality, hygiene, and customer service, and represent the company before clients and regulatory authorities. Customer service skills and ability to manage contractual demands **Job Description:** ---------------------- Legal Representation: Represent the company before the client, health surveillance authorities, and, in labor-related matters, represent the contractor with full decision-making authority. Daily Unit Management: Supervise food production, meal quality, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and service at the distribution line. Personnel Management: Supervise kitchen staff (cooks, assistants, waiters), monitor working hours, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Frontline Customer Service: Receive feedback from end-users (final customers) and clients (contracting managers) at the restaurant and act promptly to correct issues. Quality/SAN Control: Ensure implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and monitor equipment and food temperatures. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proven experience in managing a Nutrition and Food Service Unit (UAN) or collective dining restaurant. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health surveillance regulations. Experience in team management (cooks, assistants, waiters, and other staff). Practical experience in food quality control, including temperature monitoring and food hygiene. Experience in meal production and distribution control. Customer service skills and ability to manage contractual demands. Knowledge of inventory control, raw materials management, and waste reduction.
