Job Summary: IT Specialist with experience in developing RESTful APIs using .NET Core, application architecture, and working on agile projects and system maintenance, especially in the cards segment. Experience in agile environments (Kanban, Scrum) and observability Description: * Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in IT or related fields. * IT Specialist with knowledge and experience in the cards segment, especially payroll-deductible cards. * Practical experience in developing RESTful APIs using .NET Core, including: * Project structuring with separation of responsibilities (Controller, Service, Repository) * Data access using Entity Framework Core * Authentication using JWT * Documentation using Swagger * Validation using Data Annotations and FluentValidation * Exception handling and API versioning * Knowledge of application architecture, focusing on: * Layered architecture * RESTful APIs * Microservices * Best practices for Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns * Experience with databases: * Relational: Oracle, MySQL * Non-relational: MongoDB * (Desirable: Sybase) * Experience in agile environments, including: * Kanban (maintenance) * Scrum (projects) * Use of Jira for task and sprint management * Knowledge of observability and monitoring, with proficiency in the following tools: * Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana) * Dynatrace * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD * Involvement in projects from conception through delivery, including: * Technical requirements gathering * Solution design * Coding, testing, and deployment * RTB (Run The Bank) activities focused on system maintenance, including: * Handling production incidents and requests * Participation in war rooms to resolve critical issues * Troubleshooting and log analysis * Implementation of temporary solutions and support in root cause analysis * Collaboration with infrastructure, support, and business teams to ensure operational continuity * Development of temporary solutions and root cause identification * Familiarity with portfolio transfer, CADOC (3040, 3044, 3050, 3060, 5816 and 6308\), DIMP, IOF, annual fee statement, and debt settlement letter will be a differentiating factor in candidate selection. 2511240202461235145
