As a Fullstack Developer, you will integrate modern technologies, AI, and low\-code/no\-code platforms to create robust applications and intelligent agents. If you seek strategic challenges, multidisciplinary collaboration, and real-world impact, this is the ideal opportunity for you. **Together, we do what matters.** Skills and experiences * Practical experience with low\-code/no\-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Mendix, OutSystems) * Solid knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON * Backend experience with C\#, .NET, Node.js, or Python * Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL * Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices * Experience building AI-powered agents/chatbots, including integration with LLMs or enterprise frameworks like Copilot * Ability to solve problems creatively, efficiently, and securely Advanced or fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience developing AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform * Knowledge of automation, workflow orchestration, and RPA (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath) * Familiarity with modern identity frameworks, compliance, and data privacy standards * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. About you Characteristics indicating success in this role: * Analytical, curious, and agile * Team-oriented and strong communicator * Problem solver, patient, and quality-focused * Self-motivated learner * Innovative mindset What you'll do * Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using modern frameworks (.NET, Node.js, Python, React, Angular) * Create and deploy low\-code/no\-code agents on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Mendix, OutSystems, and Appian * Integrate APIs, data connectors, and third-party services to extend agent capabilities * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions * Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions * Implement secure coding practices, identity management (RBAC, OAuth), and data governance * Optimize application performance, scalability, and usability * Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives * Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment instructions.
