The scope is end\-to\-end, covering: * Data ingestion and integration from internal systems and external sources; * Cloud-based storage and processing, including data lake/warehouse layers and analytical serving; * Analytical and semantic modeling, metric standardization, and data quality; * BI and advanced analytics, supporting operational to strategic decision-making; * Data science, machine learning, and AI—from experimentation to production; * Development of data products and AI products—including intelligent automation and AI agents.
