Description

Job Summary: Supports the driver in product verification, performs loading and unloading, provides guidance during maneuvers, and interacts with customers for delivery and sales closure. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in product delivery logistics 2. Direct interaction with customers for loyalty building and sales 3. Responsibility for product verification and organization ü Assist the route driver daily in verifying loaded products to authorize truck dispatch; ü Perform vehicle loading and unloading whenever necessary; ü Guide the driver in maneuvering or hazardous driving situations; ü Greet and identify oneself to the point-of-sale (POS) representative upon delivery to foster customer loyalty and promote a positive company image; ü Present the invoice to the customer before unloading begins, specifying product quantities and varieties, total invoice value, and payment method; ü Correctly separate containers to be loaded, ensuring that returned bottles and other rejected assets are not brought back to the distributor; ü Verify unloaded products with the customer and deliver them to the location designated by the customer within the establishment, arranging them neatly; ü Complete delivery closure by collecting sale payments or obtaining signatures on invoice stubs, bank slips, and loan agreement forms; Adhere to the company's code of conduct and all applicable procedures.
