If you are a PCD (Person with Disability) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect and guide Prosegur security guards across all centers/posts, ensuring compliance with the contract established between the client and the company. * Coordinate the delivery of employee benefits to post staff. * Identify root causes of non-conformities arising from incidents. * Assess deficiencies related to equipment, administrative issues at posts, and personnel-related matters. * Develop, implement, and monitor the use of post procedures. * Ensure full compliance with all procedures defined jointly with the client. * Inspect client posts, verifying individual guard appearance, uniform control, posture, behavior, and guard profiles as specified in procedures. * Inspect weapons and ammunition, arranging replacements and maintenance when necessary. * Conduct critical analysis of operational procedures, evaluating service delivery and generating reports for problem assessment and correction. * Perform preliminary risk assessments of service posts and conduct periodic status reviews. * Conduct client visits. * Verify vehicle usage conditions and report findings to the Supervisor for appropriate action. * Review the Incident Logbook maintained at service posts. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Valid and up-to-date Security Guard Training Certificate. * Driver’s license, Category B. * Intermediate computer skills. * Skills in people and conflict management. * Flexibility regarding working hours. **WORK LOCATION: PALMAS - TO
