Attention: * Benefits apply to Brasília; in other regions, they may vary; * Eligibility for certain benefits depends on minimum tenure with the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead **end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes**, including aligning job profiles with managers, posting vacancies, screening resumes, competency-based interviews, administering assessments, and managing onboarding. * Develop strategies for **talent attraction**, ensuring greater hiring accuracy and strengthening the candidate pipeline. * Support managers in defining required **behavioral and technical profiles** for each position. * Plan, structure, and execute **Training and Development programs** for employees and leaders. * Identify development needs through diagnostics, performance evaluations, and HR metrics. * Conduct **in-person and online training sessions** on topics such as leadership, communication, people management, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture. * Design and monitor **learning paths** for different audiences across the organization. * Support leaders in developing their teams through **guidance, structured feedback, and individual development plans (IDPs)**. * Monitor and evaluate the **effectiveness of training initiatives**, using development indicators and metrics. * Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and continuously improve team performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Availability to work onsite and on Saturdays; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; Skills and Competencies: * **Analytical Ability:** Skill in working with data and metrics, transforming evaluation outcomes into strategic insights; * **Effective Communication:** Ability to engage constructively with all hierarchical levels and mediate conversations effectively; * **Emotional Intelligence:** Essential for handling sensitive topics such as performance and development while maintaining impartiality and professionalism; * **Strategic HR Knowledge:** Understanding of people management practices and how performance evaluation connects to organizational strategy; * **Organization and Planning:** Ability to manage deadlines, process stages, and large volumes of information across enterprise-wide initiatives; * **Confidentiality, Discretion, Ethics, and Privacy:** Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of all company data and communications, demonstrating exemplary professional conduct and absolute discretion regarding departmental information. **Additional Information** Applicant, please note that upon applying, if approved in the selection process, the following documents will be required for potential hiring: updated and identified vaccination card showing: 2 doses of MMR vaccine, Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Yellow Fever (YF), Hepatitis B (1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses), and COVID-19 (1st and 2nd doses); birth or marriage certificate; ID (RG); CPF; voter registration card; work record book (CTPS); PIS number; proof of minimum educational qualification required for the role; proof of residence with ZIP code; military service certificate or enlistment certificate (for males over 18 years old); and any other position-specific documents. **Observations** * We review applications carefully, thoughtfully, and respectfully.
