Job Summary: The professional is responsible for leading and controlling the entire production process of grain and cereal treatment, milling, and processing, ensuring productivity and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and control the grain and cereal production process. 2. Operate and monitor industrial equipment. 3. Coordinate teams and achieve production targets. Control and lead the production process by verifying equipment operation, assigning tasks, and supervising operators’ work to ensure productivity and safety, as well as compliance with current safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional is responsible for leading and controlling the entire production process related to grain and cereal treatment, milling, and processing. They operate and monitor industrial equipment to ensure proper functionality and initiate maintenance when necessary. They also coordinate the team to meet production, quality, and cost targets, while guiding, training, and monitoring employee performance. Their duties include analyzing production and quality reports, identifying and correcting deviations, تنظیم of machinery and processes, and preparing operational reports. They must also ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety, adhering to internal standards, PPE usage, and practices such as the 5S program. The role involves activity planning, input and cost control, proposing process improvements, developing action plans for operational and safety issues, and supporting decision-making alongside supervision.
