Operations Manager - Diamantino (Center) MT

**Shared Management – Diamantino (Center) and Alto Paraguai MT Agencies** Responsible for administrative and customer service management of the agencies, focusing on delivering a simple, welcoming, and efficient experience for members. The role aims to integrate processes, strengthen closeness with members, and ensure that service is agile, effective, and aligned with the cooperative's values. **Sicredi Ouro Verde MT** **Responsibilities and duties** **Risk management:** Manage operational and credit risks inherent in all agency operations, maintaining a comprehensive view of each risk level, aiming for security across all processes and requesting support from Head Office whenever necessary. **Management of strategic and financial indicators:** Monitor key performance indicators of the agency’s main processes aligned with institutional priorities, seeking efficiency gains, goal achievement, and jointly building action plans and directions with the agency team. **Delinquency and loss management (PDD):** Monitor delinquency indicators and work with the Agency Manager to define collection strategies. Monitor and justify the agency’s largest credit provisions to ensure healthy provisioning. Track loans entering into loss, as well as the portfolio, and develop recovery-focused collection strategies. **People management:** Lead the Operations and Customer Service teams, overseeing all people management processes and team leadership. Support the development of behavioral and technical competencies required for individual and collective team growth (and their direct reports), aiming to ensure personal development, productivity, and business sustainability. Promote incentive and recognition management—compensation—and maintain all HR services (SGP), ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies and guidelines, as well as managing the agency’s work environment. **Internal controls and compliance:** Responsible for Internal Control, *Compliance*, and Audit activities, developing action plans to prevent recurrence. Implement necessary processes for continuous improvement of agency activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations. **Administrative routines:** Monitor certificates, permits, IPTU, ISSQN, PPCI, property registration status (if owned); Verify and monitor accounting accounts (pending items, cash, custody, cash discrepancies, collections, etc.); Monitor monthly utility bills (water, electricity, phone, gas, internet, rent, etc.) and update the Ecoefficiency spreadsheet. **Registration:** Account qualification—monitor errors and address issues with employees; Maintain Economic Group data; Credit Recovery: Monitor RC and loss indicators and request Head Office support for effective actions on these metrics. **Support and monitoring:** NPS and Customer Service; Channel Management; **Support and Monitoring:** Assist and support the Agency Manager on ESG topics, Innovation, and Processes; Support and monitor Agency Planning; Participate in the credit committee during the Agency Manager’s absence; **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Completed degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields, plus completed specialization/MBA/postgraduate studies; Must have advanced-level experience in administrative/financial/accounting roles at an agency or administrative headquarters, including direct team management, or similar market experience (Financial Institution). **Desired skills and knowledge areas:** Financial products and services, Cooperativism, Broad understanding of our business, Customer orientation, People Management, Critical thinking, Facilitator/educator, Focus on members; the position requires knowledge and experience in operations. **ANBIMA certification currently valid is desirable: CPA10, 20, or CEA**; Must be available for travel.
