Track results and plan actions to meet or exceed targets. #### **Registration and Compliance** * Update member data in compliance with internal regulations. #### **Service Channels** * Encourage use of digital channels. * Guide members on products and technologies to promote autonomy. #### **Onboarding New Members** * Lead onboarding and promote engagement with cooperative values. #### **Financial Transactions** * Support and execute financial operations as required. #### **Visits to Members and Prospects** * Conduct recurring visits to members and prospects, with emphasis on corporate (PJ) clients, aiming to generate new business and strengthen in-person relationships—focusing on more complex financial solutions. #### **Standardization** * Ensure correct application of internal regulations and processes. Assume other roles and responsibilities related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Completed Higher Education:** Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; completed or ongoing Specialization/MBA. **Valid ANBIMA Certification:** CPA-20 or CEA. **Preferred: minimum 3 years’ professional experience** in financial institutions and serving members/customers. **Desirable Skills and Knowledge Areas:** Knowledge of financial products and services; Corporate legislation; Understanding of credit cooperativism; Proficiency in economics; Intermediate Microsoft Office package; Governance; Holding companies; ESG; Knowledge of corporations (S/A); Financial statement analysis; Funding and credit management; Market/segment and industry knowledge relevant to the role; Investment knowledge.
