Contributing suggestions for process improvement **Job Description** Perform operational support, repair, and conservation services for the company's products within your assigned area, utilizing the knowledge, systems, and tools provided by the organization to promptly restore services and achieve required service levels. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Operational Execution**: Carry out assignments dispatched via ticket management systems and the back-office team, using the company's knowledge and tools to restore service during the first visit and prevent recurrence, thereby ensuring quality and meeting agreed service levels. * **Service Activation**: Perform new service activation by inspecting installation quality, enabling equipment, conducting tests, and taking actions to ensure proper functionality of the product, infrastructure, and other components at the site. * **Maintenance**: After service activation, perform maintenance, conservation, and repair of associated equipment and infrastructure through diagnosis, defect removal, replenishment of consumables, and replacement of expendables. Conduct tests to verify correct operation of maintained components. * **Inspection, Conservation, and Cleaning**: Inspect and maintain cleanliness and good condition of equipment and other components at the site. Report requirements for repainting, component replacement, signage, and other elements whose maintenance cannot be performed directly. * **Installation and Testing of Safety Devices**: Perform periodic and functional tests on safety devices included in the product. Install new safety devices as required, per specific instructions from the competent department. * **Handling Consumables and Components**: Request consumables and components from inventory as needed; ensure their packaging integrity; perform necessary replacements; return damaged components to inventory; accurately record receipt and return conditions. * **Activity Logging**: Record entry/exit times and all activities performed throughout the workday. * **Process Improvement**: Contribute suggestions and ideas to improve processes and equipment comprising the company's service portfolio, and identify potential business opportunities within your area of operation. * **Asset Stewardship**: Safeguard company assets entrusted to you, ensuring appropriate conservation and maintenance. Report any incidents that may result in loss or damage of such assets to responsible departments. Supervise third-party service providers to protect company assets and ensure activity effectiveness and appropriateness. * **Training and Meetings**: Attend training sessions and capacity-building activities offered by the company.
