Every day brings an opportunity to do something new — and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor bulk and palletized loading processes, maintaining speed and productivity to meet loading time targets; * Identify potential discrepancies in loaded items and quantities, ensuring process accuracy and implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure organization of the pallet repair and storage area; * Supervise activities of direct and third-party employees during the shift, evaluating attendance and performance in task execution; * Ensure area safety by guiding the team, drivers, and third parties according to company-established procedures; * Train and guide scale and loading staff (forklift operators, scale operators, and bulk loaders); * Adjust, correct, and monitor activities and operations to ensure service level with customers (damages, TMAC, CDM, and vehicle handling); * Evaluate and support factory input scenarios together with the Logistics Supervisor (space, compliance, volumes, factory supply); * Ensure compliance in receiving damaged bags from the unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School or Technical Degree in Logistics. * Knowledge of Shipping and Warehousing Procedures * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Preferred: Experience with integrated systems (e.g., SAP). * Availability to work rotating shifts **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
