Human Resources Analyst

Efficiently manage personnel and payroll administration, strictly adhering to labor regulations and applicable legislation. Register employee hiring and termination, process payroll, track working hours, monitor timekeeping records, manage PPE and uniforms, maintain employee files, contribute to job classification and compensation programs, and generate reports for legal compliance procedures. Stay updated on labor and social security legislation, and provide support to employees. Ensure accurate administration of benefits processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute hiring, termination, and vacation procedures in compliance with statutory deadlines stipulated by labor legislation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. * Issue vacation schedules to facilitate team planning, ensuring fair and efficient distribution of rest periods. * Prepare, verify, and process payroll, generating required files for payment execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations. * Identify and correct payroll value discrepancies, ensuring financial record accuracy and proper fulfillment of legal obligations. * Calculate and process federal, state, and municipal taxes and contributions related to labor and payroll processes, ensuring tax compliance. * Monitor timecard records to ensure proper adherence to working hours, tracking overtime, tardiness, medical certificates, absences, and leaves of absence. * Maintain organized physical and digital employee files, ensuring easy access and compliance with legal requirements. * Contribute to maintaining programs such as Job Classification and Compensation, Profit Sharing Plan (PPR), Quality, PCMSO, PGRTR, aligning them with organizational strategies and objectives. * Calculate variable compensation—including commissions, bonuses, and productivity incentives—using computerized systems and spreadsheets, ensuring process consistency. * Generate reports required for legal compliance procedures, including eSocial, DIRF, DCTF-Web, FGTS, and Income Tax (IR), ensuring regulatory compliance and provision of necessary information. * Keep official certificates up to date, as required by public authorities—including Certificate of Negative Debt (CND), Certificate of Fiscal Regularity (CRF), Certificate of No Labor Infractions, and Certificate of No Minor Labor Violations. * Stay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation, implementing necessary updates into operational processes. * Provide internal client support on general matters, offering assistance and clarifying inquiries when needed. * Administer benefits processes, including enrollment, removal, transfer, authorization, etc. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to departmental activities. * Collaborate with other field team members and follow instructions from the immediate supervisor to ensure operational efficiency and quality at Hervalense. * Perform other duties related to this position, as requested by supervisors. * Safeguard company assets, preserving equipment, furniture, and other resources provided by Hervalense.
