Responsibilities and Duties: * Understand the short-, medium-, and long-term strategic planning (master plan) and Master Plan of the complex to ensure optimal project prioritization; * Critically review/support investment prioritization for the complex, including PNRs/Risks within established benchmarks; * Monitor approved strategic projects/programs assigned to your complex; * Evaluate the economic and strategic benefits of projects; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze relevant data; * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, including recommendations based on analyses performed; * Report Portfolio Performance by Complex (Portfolio status per complex, complex indicators, program structuring, risks, production impact, and mitigation measures); * Govern portfolio risk management (mapped risks / developed and validated mitigation plans); * Conduct project consistency analysis (project CAPEX analysis); * Track portfolio performance indicators (portfolio risk effectiveness and performance KPIs). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Experience in project evaluation and NPV analysis techniques; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and strong analytical capability; * Willingness to travel; * Advanced English proficiency.
