Support for internal staff and maintenance of the environment **Industry**: Aesthetic Clinic **Compensation:** R$ 2.140,00 + VT **Location:** Pouso Alegre – MG (On-site) **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Job Objective:** Ensure excellent front-desk service at the clinic by organizing patient flow, managing appointments, and supporting the team, thereby contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient operational performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet customers, visitors, and suppliers courteously * Answer and direct incoming phone calls * Schedule appointments and manage the calendar * Confirm appointment times with patients * Organize front-desk service flow * Request referrals from new customers * Request Google reviews * Support internal staff as needed * Maintain organization of the reception area **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, and email) * Experience in customer service (preferred) * Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems (preferred) Compensation: R$2.140,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Are you available to work at the location specified? * Are you available to work during the hours specified? * Have you previously worked as a receptionist/customer service representative?
