Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Defining the strategic framework for Mercado Livre’s operations, considering the needs of our customers and operations. * Establishing comprehensive Inbound planning for operations across all of Latin America, defining the long-term vision and coordinating day-to-day execution of the proposed plan. * Managing a team composed of Supervisors (direct management) and Team Leaders (indirect management), ensuring development, alignment with MELI’s DNA, performance monitoring, and control of turnover and absenteeism metrics. * Designing tools and logic to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the outbound/inbound process. * Prioritizing service to diverse sellers across all operations. * Identifying issues and implementing improvements to ensure efficient and effective resolution. **What are the required qualifications for this position?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in planning, projects, operations, consulting, or similar roles requiring intensive critical analysis. * Proficiency in Spanish. * Availability to work onsite in Araucaria/PR**.** We offer you: * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to drive your own development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need to have a great experience. :) Join our team!
