Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **responsible for:** * Leading operational workstreams across the entire operation, mapping and proposing implementation of solutions to enhance logistics processes, managing multiple schedules and onboarding projects, technical trainings, and general projects—demonstrating measurable value to the area—and fostering and executing PIE (Impulse and Efficiency Projects). * Acting as an interface among Operations, Technology, and Corporate Governance teams, with a holistic view of internal processes. Proposing changes and improvements within the TRE area based on metrics, collaborating to identify enterprise-wide training and development needs. * Identifying and analyzing risks involved in logistics processes, developing action plans to mitigate them through existing initiatives, practical training delivery, and performance indicator management—ensuring adherence to operational process management standards. * Analyzing KPIs and developing operational management tools that add value to TRE workstreams, such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, and SQL. * Managing performance indicators, data analysis, business case development, and ensuring adherence to operational process management standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Operational profile, working in full synergy with operations. * Knowledge of Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement is a plus, as is dashboard development and data analysis. * Availability to work onsite in Araucária/PR, on a 5x2 schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM, with occasional availability to work other shifts (for delivering trainings to operations). **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Ownership of your development in an environment of opportunity, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and learning within a team of outstanding professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, with everything needed for you to have a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for payment.
