You will work in a dynamic environment leveraging cutting-edge technologies, engineering best practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning — all aimed at democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Analyzing and developing new AI-focused features, including applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLM), Anthropic Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Google Agent\-to\-Agent Protocol (A2A), delivering significant impact across multiple service layers. * Defining and developing, together with specialized teams, services that virtualize infrastructure resources. * Maintaining production systems and supporting customer-facing teams in bug resolution. * Supporting developers in adopting and utilizing the platform. * Contributing to the team’s and system’s technical growth by raising the bar on code quality and development methodologies, while ensuring application stability and scalability. * Identifying user needs and proposing tool enhancements. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience with Golang and the API and microservices ecosystem. * Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), Agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus. * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. * Understanding of general system architecture, especially cloud-native and microservices architectures. * In-depth knowledge of observability and monitoring tools: DataDog, NewRelic, and Grafana. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
