The professional will be responsible for coordinating academic activities, monitoring outcomes, and implementing initiatives to strengthen educational units and reduce school dropout. Main Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of educational units * Management and supervision of teachers and deputy coordinators * Pedagogical planning and monitoring * Monitoring of educational indicators (attendance, performance, and dropout) * Development and implementation of strategies to reduce school dropout * Conducting pedagogical meetings and institutional alignments * Organizing academic schedules and class distribution * Monitoring gradebook entries and teaching materials * Supporting administrative management of units * Mediating conflicts and resolving pedagogical issues * Liaising among coordination, administrative staff, and school leadership Requirements: * Degree in Pedagogy or related fields * Prior experience in educational coordination or supervision * Experience in team management * Knowledge of administrative and pedagogical routines * Proficiency in organizational tools and academic systems Competencies: * Leadership and decision-making * Clear and assertive communication * Ability to analyze data and indicators * Organization and strategic planning * Conflict management * Proactivity and institutional vision Payment: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Coordination (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
