Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:*** Defining the Machine Learning strategy for teams, focusing on methodologies, models, and AI agents. * Leading fraud detection, containment, and monitoring processes for classifieds and reports in large-scale environments. * Elevating the team's technical level by solving complex problems related to lead scoring, modus operandi detection, and automatic categorization. * Ensuring model quality, performance, and maintenance in production—including understanding case-specific contexts and performing continuous monitoring. * Driving innovation by evaluating new technologies and serving as a technical reference for business and product areas. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Proven experience leading Data Science and Machine Learning teams in developing and deploying models into production within large-scale corporate environments. * Proficiency in SQL databases, Machine Learning models, and the Python Data Science ecosystem—including cloud infrastructure and orchestration tools. * Ability to define model development standards, automate pipelines, and integrate AI agents for triage and review. * Capability to design fraud detection initiatives, understanding e-commerce use cases and developing performance indicators aligned with business strategy. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our mission!
