Imagine yourself driving challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Conducting daily meetings with the maintenance team to align day-to-day activities and define priorities, holding safety dialogues and providing feedback on performance and correction of deviations. Leading, monitoring, and providing technical support to the maintenance team in corrective, preventive tasks or inspections according to job types and schedules, ensuring quality in deliveries and avoiding rework, as well as validating outsourced services. * Conducting critical analysis of equipment and component failures on critical machinery, seeking the best alternatives for problem resolution and identifying root causes. * Ensuring the preventive maintenance plan is executed, analyzing emergency requests, guaranteeing proper prioritization and fixing equipment failures, technically specifying parts and accessories for optimal operation, as well as creating material and service purchase requisitions to track them in our computerized system. * Collecting data and assets together with the planning team for SAP implementation and improvements, verifying maintenance and performance indicators, identifying opportunities, and carrying out necessary improvements. * Creating inspections, procedures, and maintenance plans, detailed scope descriptions for hiring mechanical, electrical, and assembly services, as well as prospecting and managing outsourced suppliers when contracted. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields; fluency in Spanish is desirable, along with knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI and Data Studio. * Solid experience in maintenance and automation, including team management and routines, team training, monitoring preventive and corrective activities, and developing procedures. * Experience in developing service scopes, hiring outsourcing companies, managing technical service contracts, monitoring external audit processes and inspections by competent authorities, analyzing technical reports provided, as well as knowledge of maintenance indicators such as availability, MTBF, MTTR, HHT, Backlog, preventive plan compliance and adherence. * Knowledge of maintenance management tools, preferably SAP PM module, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
