Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, committed technical professional specializing in industrial electromechanical maintenance to ensure system reliability and support operations. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment. 2. Responsible for ensuring the reliability of electromechanical systems. 3. Focus on productivity, safety, and continuous improvement of the unit. We seek a technically skilled, organized, and committed professional dedicated to maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of industrial equipment, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across the plant and crushing areas. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability of electromechanical systems, supporting operations, and contributing to the unit's productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. (Work locations: Asphalt Plant, Soil Plant, Primary Crushing, and Secondary Crushing) Main Responsibilities: * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems; * Monitor vibration and thermography data, participating in action plans; * Inspect equipment, motors, belts, bearings, electrical panels, and lubrication systems; * Assemble, install, and maintain electrical panels, motors, and electrical components; * Perform mechanical tasks including welding, part fabrication, cutting, pressing, and adjustments; * Support operations via supervisory control systems to enhance productive performance; * Comply with safety regulations, applying lockout/tagout procedures and using PPE; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and 5S practices. Requirements: * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance; * Knowledge of electric motors, electrical panels, PLCs, and industrial automation; * Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance (bearings, belts, shafts, welding, part fabrication); * Familiarity with safety standards (NR-10 and related); * Organized, responsible, and proactive mindset; * Availability to work in an industrial environment.
