Join us! ;) **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide operational and analytical support to Supplier Management, ensuring execution of registration, qualification, risk management, compliance, and third-party governance processes, as well as supporting applicable regulatory processes—based on SUSEP Circular No. 638—to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement in the area. **Supplier Management, Registration, and Qualification** Execute and monitor supplier registration, updates, deactivation, and database maintenance. Review, request, and organize registration and regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance. Serve as the interface with suppliers for collecting, adjusting, and updating information. Support the supplier qualification process according to internal policies and defined criteria. **Risk Management, Compliance, and Regulatory Oversight** Request, monitor, and control supplier risk assessments per departmental guidelines. Support periodic supplier risk classification and updates. Request and monitor action plans with suppliers to address identified risks. Monitor supplier deadlines, evidence, and responses related to action plans. Support third-party management regulatory processes in compliance with SUSEP Circular No. 638, maintaining updated records, evidence, and controls. Support internal, external, and regulatory audits. **Governance and Continuous Improvement** Ensure accurate recording of information and evidence in corporate systems. Support monitoring of internal controls related to third-party management. Support process improvement initiatives within the area by contributing operational suggestions, standardizations, and workflow adjustments.
