This role will be responsible for developing and leading projects with a high degree of differentiation, creative boldness, and strategic market impact. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead design in multidisciplinary squads, ensuring creative excellence; * Act boldly, creating proprietary, relevant, and differentiated solutions; * Monitor trends and references that enhance projects; * Create using artificial intelligence tools as well; * Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables aligned with the squad; * Collaborate with strategic partners to enable project execution; * Prepare and conduct presentations, workshops, or training sessions; * Serve as the design expert within squads; * Build impactful, high-quality case studies for the team’s portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Degree in Design or Advertising; * Experience working at an agency as a Senior Designer; * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); * Ability to use artificial intelligence tools; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience in communication or advertising agencies; * Knowledge of Motion is a welcome bonus (non-mandatory). **Technical Competencies:** * Graphic Design * Adobe Creative Suite * AI-assisted Creation * Presentations and Visual Storytelling * Trend Monitoring and Reference Research * Motion (bonus) **Behavioral Competencies:** * Creativity * Proactivity * Clear Communication * Collaboration * Organization * Refined Aesthetic Sense * Technical Leadership
