Focus on quality, performance, stability, and user experience We are looking for a Mobile Tech Lead to technically lead the evolution of our mobile digital products, ensuring quality, performance, stability, and an outstanding experience for our users. This role involves hands\-on development with React Native, supporting architectural decisions, API integrations, evolution of technical standards, release coordination, and team development. We seek someone with strong technical capability, product vision, and maturity to balance technological advancement with sustainable and pragmatic deliveries. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead mobile development technically with React Native; * Engage hands\-on in designing, developing, and evolving mobile features; * Define architecture standards, code organization, componentization, navigation, state management, and API integration; * Ensure quality, performance, stability, and a good user experience on Android and iOS; * Support the evolution of applications integrated with PHP/Laravel, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript environments; * Participate in technical decisions involving frontend, backend, APIs, authentication, security, and observability; * Conduct code reviews, technical pair programming, and developer mentoring; * Support the setup of build, testing, versioning, and app store publishing pipelines; * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and Data teams; * Analyze production incidents, critical bugs, and performance issues; * Pragmatically reduce technical debt with impact-oriented focus; * Contribute to the technical evolution and standardization of mobile products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in mobile development; * Practical experience with React Native; * Knowledge of React and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem; * Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs; * Knowledge of authentication, session control, secure storage, and mobile security best practices; * Experience with Git, code review, and version control; * Experience publishing and maintaining Android and iOS applications; * Ability to diagnose performance issues, crashes, and production behavior; * Experience technically leading people or development streams; * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams. **Nice-to-Have** ----------------------- * Knowledge of Laravel/PHP; * Knowledge of MySQL; * Experience with GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Firebase, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub or similar); * Knowledge of Azure; * Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and feature flags; * Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications; * Knowledge of automated mobile testing; * Experience with offline\-first architecture and data synchronization; * Knowledge of OWASP Mobile, accessibility, and observability; * Experience in SaaS, healthtech, fintech, marketplace, or B2C/B2B2C digital product companies. **Additional Information** Contract Type: PJ Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
