The **CRO Analyst** is responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). We seek a professional who will perform ongoing analysis and optimization of conversion rates, strategically identifying opportunities and implementing improvements. This includes deep behavioral user data analysis, journey mapping, identification of conversion bottlenecks, structuring and prioritizing hypotheses, planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests, and monitoring and analyzing results. The role requires autonomy in test execution and improvement proposals, connecting data to actionable insights. Requirements: * Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar) * Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies * Understanding of UX/UI and user journey * Analytical ability to interpret data and generate insights * Experience with testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or similar) * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks * Strong communication skills for presenting results * Prior experience in commercial roles is considered a plus, especially in conversion- and sales-oriented functions.
