Job Summary: Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs, configure network equipment, and work with VIVO's fiber optic infrastructure for residential and commercial customers, adhering to safety standards. Work requiring organization of materials, tools, and vehicle. * Key Responsibilities * Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs; * Configure network equipment and devices; * Work with VIVO's fiber optic infrastructure for residential and commercial customers; * Perform tasks at height in compliance with safety standards; * Provide high-quality, professional customer service; * Maintain organized materials, tools, and work vehicle; * Properly use required PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * REQUIREMENTS * Valid Category B driver's license (permanent) * Completed high school education * Own laptop (100/1000 model) * Availability to work on weekends and holidays * ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with rotating shifts on weekends and holidays.
