About the Information Technology Department The Information Technology Department is responsible for ensuring the full functionality of the company’s technological infrastructure, guaranteeing user support, system stability, network connectivity, and operational security. The team operates strategically, supporting administrative and operational departments, directly contributing to the efficiency of internal processes. Job Responsibilities * Assemble and maintain computers; * Provide technical support to internal users; * Work with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; * Support the administration of print servers; * Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365; * Assist with network infrastructure-related requests; * Support the organization, control, and documentation of IT assets. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical course (completed or in progress) in Networking, Information Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance; * Basic understanding of networking; * Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; * Experience or knowledge in print server administration; * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 support; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and a user-focused approach. Selection Process Steps Registration and Screening – Review of information and alignment with the required profile. Interview with People & Management – Discussion on professional background, skills, and expectations. Interview with Department Managers – Technical evaluation and role alignment.
