Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for maneuvering vehicles, registering entries and exits, verifying credentials, and informing customers about parking regulations, ensuring vehicle security. Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Challenges * Performing vehicle maneuvers; * Immediately registering every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verifying whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and checking that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Upon receiving customers at the entrance, issuing the card with the prism number and informing them of the designated location for payment and vehicle retrieval; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location, and other relevant information—with consistent emphasis on courteous customer reception; * Properly storing vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensuring vehicle identification via attachment of numbered prisms; * For vehicle security, keeping windows and doors always closed; * Observing the maximum speed limit on site. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we are looking for: * Completed High School education; * Valid driver's license (mandatory); * Ability to perform vehicle maneuvers. **Additional Information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), if selected in the recruitment process, proof of the following vaccinations is required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
