Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager with strong identification with retail and the brand, team leadership, commercial skills, and product management. Key Highlights: 1. Job Competencies:* * **Commercial Ability: Capacity to stimulate sales through optimal store layout (visual merchandising), consumer relationship, product replenishment in sales areas, and monitoring of competitors and market trends;** * Product Management: Ability to analyze sales, inventory, product lifecycle, and turnover, constantly attentive to needs for adjustments and decision-making, providing reliable information to the department responsible for inventory replenishment; Leadership: Ability to mobilize the team toward objectives through one’s activities and proactive attitude;* * Numerical Interpretation: Ability to interpret commercial reports and take actions to achieve objectives; Systemic Vision: Ability to view the business holistically and understand how one’s actions, attitudes, and activities may influence or interact with other company departments, suppliers, and/or customers;* Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Store Manager (Mandatory) * Apparel store management (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
