Job Summary: A professional to monitor and manage the physical progress and costs of construction projects, including identification of deviations, trend analysis, and supplier and contract management. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and management of physical and financial progress of construction projects. 2. Identification and analysis of cost deviations and trends. 3. Management of suppliers, quotations, and subcontractor contracts. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is required. * Prior experience in construction projects is required. * Monitor physical progress of construction projects, assess adherence to planned schedules, and coordinate revisions with the project manager. * Inform production teams of replanning efforts and updated physical progress targets. * Notify the procurement department regarding purchases and quotations to ensure schedule compliance. * Input cost-related data into HTB-designated systems and generate cost control reports. * Monitor actual costs against budgeted costs. * Analyze deviation trends. * Identify costs arising from project modifications and/or customer billing specifications. * Identify and register suppliers. * Prepare quotations and price equalization. * Analyze and monitor subcontractor contracts. 2511150202461808858
