Job Summary: We are seeking a professional passionate about animation, editing, rhythm, and visual storytelling to create and edit institutional videos, promotional videos, and social media content, collaborating on diverse projects. Your responsibilities here will include:\n- Creating and editing institutional videos, promotional videos, case studies, bumpers, and social media content;\n- Collaborating with creative, art direction, and account management teams;\n- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas from concept development through final delivery;\n- Adapting assets and formats for different channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, etc.);\n- Managing deadlines and organizing files autonomously and responsibly. Requirements:\n- Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop;\n- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, kinetic typography, and soundtracks;\n- Understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetic sensitivity;\n- Experience with various video formats (horizontal, vertical, reels, stories, etc.);\n- Organizational skills and ability to self-manage;\n- Familiarity with AI tools applied to editing and animation;\n- Creative responsibility: thinking outside the box without losing sight of the asset’s objective, deadline, and client;\n- Commitment;\n- Proactivity;\n- Organization. Preferred Qualifications:\n- Courses, references, or personal projects in art direction, scriptwriting, or audiovisual branding.
