




Job Summary: This position addresses technology support demands, ensuring efficient and effective resolution, and is responsible for IT infrastructure support in offices and classrooms. Dynamic and collaborative work environment This role aims to receive technology department support requests and ensure their efficient and effective resolution, thereby achieving defined goals and outcomes. It is responsible for supporting the technology infrastructure—including hardware, software, and systems—in offices and classrooms. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform maintenance on desktops, servers, mobile devices, networks, firewalls, applications, printers, cabling, and other technological resources and assets; * Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, telecommunications (mobile and fixed), and audiovisual equipment; * Provide operating system and application support to users; * Deliver technical support ensuring high availability and performance of client platforms, and when necessary, guide and train users; * Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory; * Create and maintain documentation regarding procedures, reports, and controls related to technology usage in the school; * Escalate incidents to other technology teams; * Initiate and manage support requests until their completion; * Perform other tasks relevant to the school’s daily operations, as assigned by the immediate supervisor or School Directorate. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology; Solid knowledge of notebook and desktop (hardware) maintenance; Experience in customer service; Advanced knowledge of the Windows operating system and its applications; Knowledge of antivirus solutions; Printer installation and configuration; Google Suite, Office 365, structured cabling, virtualization, and Active Directory; Experience in the education sector is desirable. **Additional Information** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work in an expanding international company, with prospects for professional learning and development. * **Work Location: Santa Paula \| São Caetano do Sul** ***Safer Recruitment @Cognita*** *Cognita is committed to protecting and promoting the well-being of children and adolescents* *and expects all employees, volunteers, and third parties to share this commitment.
