We expect all team members to demonstrate effective communication, personal accountability, and continuous learning. **Job Mission:** Execute the company’s fiscal routines, ensuring accurate recording and tax classification of input, output, and service transactions in the ERP system, thereby contributing to the consistency of fiscal information and supporting the tax calculations performed by Accounting. Conduct daily verification, analysis, and reconciliation of fiscal data to ensure data quality and support monthly fiscal closing. * Record and verify daily input, output, and service invoices in the ERP, ensuring correct application of TES, CFOP, CST, NCM, and fiscal rules. * Verify daily fiscal bookkeeping, confirming that all invoices have been accurately registered in the system and properly reflected in fiscal ledgers. * Identify inconsistencies among fiscal documents, system entries, and accounting integrations, requesting corrections when necessary. * Directly support monthly fiscal closing by performing supporting verifications and preliminary validations prior to submission to Accounting. * Perform reconciliations between fiscal documents, ERP reports, and accounting records, identifying operational discrepancies. * Analyze day-to-day and moderately complex fiscal operations, ensuring correct tax classification and application of fiscal rules. * Monitor and validate tax withholdings in transactions (ISS, IRRF, INSS, and goods/service withholdings), ensuring proper system configuration. * Support maintenance and adjustments of fiscal configurations in the ERP (TES, CFOP, and basic master data), as directed by leadership. * Ensure fiscal data is correctly integrated across system modules (fiscal, inventory, and accounting), identifying integration failures. * Generate and organize operational fiscal reports (invoice movement, transaction types, basic billing verifications). * Identify recurring posting errors and report inconsistency patterns to improve processes. * Serve as a liaison between the Fiscal and Accounting teams, clarifying operational questions and providing information for tax calculations. * Support fiscal and accounting audits by sorting, organizing, and verifying fiscal documents. * Monitor updates to tax legislation and apply received guidance to daily operations. * When required, record fiscal documents in the ERP to support operations or resolve pending items. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of tax and operational legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) * Experience with fiscal ERP systems (preferably TOTVS Protheus), specifically in TES, CFOP, CST, and NCM at an execution level * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Desirable Requirements (Differentiators):** * Hands-on experience in fiscal document posting and verification routines * Experience with fiscal bookkeeping and system data verification * Support experience in monthly fiscal closing processes * Audit support experience involving document organization **Work Model:** * On-site **Work Schedule:** * Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * WellHub (Gympass); **Why Join Our Team?** Why choose Loccus?
