The structural design engineer performs structural analysis, material sizing, project development, and construction supervision, ensuring that structures support anticipated loads and resist natural and accidental forces. Main Responsibilities: * Perform structural calculations for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements * Develop structural projects, specifying materials, dimensions, and construction methods * Analyze and validate architectural projects, verifying technical feasibility and safety * Issue technical reports, calculation memos, and documentation required for approval by public authorities * Supervise construction execution, ensuring adherence to calculations and designs * Propose structural improvements and adjustments according to project requirements or changes occurring during construction * Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and production teams * Stay updated on technical standards (NBRs) and technological advancements in structural engineering Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA * Proven experience in structural calculation for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings * Proficiency in structural calculation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Cype, TQS, etc.) * Advanced knowledge of Brazilian technical standards applicable to structures * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail Desired Competencies: * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proactivity and focus on technical solutions * Problem-solving ability and capacity to make decisions under pressure Compensation: Salary commensurate with market standards and experience, negotiable Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Payment: Starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
