




Conduct occupational safety inspections, verifying the physical conditions of the workplace, machinery, and equipment, with the aim of preventing workplace accidents as well as occupational diseases among staff, in compliance with Regulatory Standards, thereby ensuring staff integrity and institutional assets. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct safety inspections across various areas of the institution according to scheduled plans, completing internal forms and inspection reports, aiming to detect, record, and correct unsafe conditions in the workplace; * Review/update the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) whenever changes occur in the workplace; * Annually organize the Internal Week for Workplace Accident Prevention (SIPAT), including lectures on topics related to the field, as well as elections for new members of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), to comply with current legislation; * Collaborate with the SESMT team in developing manuals and training programs for accident prevention, considering activity-specific characteristics, and jointly monitor implementation with the relevant department; * Conduct onboarding training for new staff, registering attendance, issuing Service Orders (NR-1), distributing the Biosafety Manual, completing NR-32 forms, and delivering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), when hiring occurs; * Manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) inventory, place purchase orders, and supervise employee use of PPE, advising them on risks associated with non-use, in order to comply with NR-6 – Regulatory Standard – PPE; * Provide technical input during procurement of substances and equipment whose handling, storage, transportation, operation, or disposal may pose accident risks, considering their specifications and defining preventive actions; * Investigate incidents – complete the Internal Occurrence Report (BIO), update and analyze statistics and workplace accident indicators to support decision-making; issue the Work Accident Communication (CAT); * Monitor new facility projects (construction) with a view to risk management and implementation of safety measures to prevent accidents; * Conduct general training focused on occupational safety; * Develop water sampling schedules and contact companies to perform hemodialysis, potability, and effluent analyses, receive results, and forward them to the competent departments for necessary actions; * Participate in workplace accident meetings, waste management committees, risk management committees, quality committees, CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) / PPRAMP; * Monitor third-party service providers; * Control and manage fire-fighting equipment and fire brigades; * Complete the Professional Occupational Profile (PPP); * Monitor individual dosimeter usage by radiology technicians through daily verification and biweekly inspection. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E.); * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards and applicable legislation. **Additional information** * *Transportation allowance;* * *Food allowance;* * *Meal allowance;* * *Life insurance;* * *Childcare assistance (in accordance with the collective labor agreement);* * *Medical and dental assistance – costs borne by the employee under corporate plan rates, deducted from payroll;* * *Partnership with SESC;* The **SPDM** – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine – is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970.
