




We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to work at our distribution/logistics center. The professional will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, ensuring the full operation of structures and systems essential to the smooth running of logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the building’s electrical, hydraulic, civil, and air conditioning systems; Maintain lighting systems, electrical panels, outlets, circuit breakers, pumps, water tanks, roofs, drains, and other building structures; Supervise third-party service providers; Support maintenance of operational equipment used in logistics (e.g., automatic doors, gates, loading docks, compressors); Complete service orders and technical reports; Ensure safety, cleanliness, and preservation of common building areas; Comply with technical and safety regulations, such as NR-10, NR-35, among others. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; Proven experience in building maintenance within logistics, industrial, or commercial environments; Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, painting, masonry, and air conditioning systems; Up-to-date NR-10 certification (mandatory); NR-35 certification will be considered an advantage; Ability to work well in teams, proactivity, and focus on problem solving. **Advantages:** Experience in maintaining dock doors and logistics equipment; Basic knowledge of building automation; Availability to work shifts or rotating schedules, if required.
