Visit www.sabin.com.br or follow us on our official social media channels: LinkedIn Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| Instagram @sabinmedicinadiagnostica \| Facebook Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support technical and operational activities inherent to the area; * Provide external customers with courteous service; * Perform internal and external quality control verifications; * Verify production reports and listings; * Monitor turnaround time (TAT); * Complete spreadsheets; * Maintain an organized work area; * Provide internal support to customer service and sample collection departments; * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations when required; * Assist with operational activities as needed by the department; * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently; * Attend 100% of training sessions to which you are summoned by the organization; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position; * Safeguard confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Students majoring in Administration, Human Resources, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
